Welcome! Our lab focuses on emergence of pandemic respiratory viruses from influenza to coronaviruses. Our work spans across scales from cells to animal models to humans to communities. We use cutting-edge microscopy tools to study how viruses replicate inside cells -check out or image gallery and movies page. In addition, we study influenza airborne transmission of respiratory viruses in the animal models.
